1. SHIPPING AREA & RESTRICTIONS

We currently deliver exclusively to customers with a physical delivery address within the United Kingdom.

  • No P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or unmanned parcel lockers where a signature or secure hand-over is not possible.
  • No Freight Forwarders: Orders addressed to international freight forwarding services will be cancelled to prevent fraudulent activity.

2. ORIGIN & CUSTOMS (DELIVERED DUTY PAID)

To offer competitive pricing and a wide range of products, Nora Elle works with international partners. Your order is shipped directly from our central distribution hub in Asia.

  • No Extra Costs: All prices on our website include UK VAT. You will not have to pay any import duties, clearance fees, or customs surcharges upon delivery.
  • Customs Inspections: Occasionally, parcels may be subject to routine customs checks. While this is beyond our control, it may in rare cases slightly affect the delivery time.

3. HANDLING TIME

The handling time is the period between placing the order and handover to the carrier.

  • Duration: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Process: Order verification, quality control, and packaging.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 19:00 (7:00 PM GMT/BST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

4. TRANSIT TIME

The transit time is the period the package is in transit from the warehouse to your address.

  • Duration: 4 – 7 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Delivery Time: Most customers receive their order within 5 – 9 Business Days (Handling + Transit).

5. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Standard Shipping: FREE for all orders to the United Kingdom.
  • No Hidden Fees: We do not charge administrative costs or "handling fees". The price at checkout is the final price.

6. CARRIERS

We partner with reputable carriers for both the international and local stages:

  • International: YunExpress, CNE, or 4PX.
  • Local (UK): Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri.

7. ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

For a successful delivery, you must provide complete address details, including:

  • Recipient’s full name
  • Street name + House number (and any flat/unit number)
  • Postcode and City
  • Liability: You are responsible for the accuracy of these details. If a package cannot be delivered or is lost due to an incorrect address, the costs for re-shipping or the loss will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. TRACKING & STATUS

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code.

  • Activation: It may take up to 2 business days for the tracking status to become active in the carrier's system.
  • No Update? If the tracking page shows no movement after 5 business days, please contact us.

9. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

To deliver your items as quickly as possible, your order may be sent in separate packages (e.g., if items come from different hub locations). You will receive a separate tracking number for each package at no extra cost.

10. DELIVERY & RISK

  • Signature: A signature may be required for high-value shipments.
  • Safe Drop: If you provide the carrier with "leave in a safe place" instructions, you assume full risk for theft or damage from the moment of delivery. We advise against this for valuable items.

11. DELAYS, LOSS OR DAMAGE

  • Delays: Delays may occur due to force majeure (weather, holidays, customs). Please contact us if your package is more than 5 days overdue.
  • Damage: If a product arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item.
  • Loss: If a formal investigation by the courier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

12. PRICES & TAXES

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include UK VAT. As we operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, no extra taxes will be charged at your door.

13. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under UK Consumer Law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015). You are entitled to a product that is of satisfactory quality and as described.

14. NO RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge restocking fees for returns. For "change of mind" returns, the customer only pays the direct shipping cost to return the item to our UK logistics centre in Coalville.
