I want to cancel my order. Is that possible?

If the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse staff, you can make changes or cancel up to 24 hours after ordering. After this, the order will be definitively processed and shipped.

My order has arrived damaged. What should I do now?

We’re sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged. Please contact us at info@noraelle.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

If possible, include a photo of the item and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.

In line with UK consumer law, you’re entitled to a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost. We’ll make sure it’s resolved as soon as possible.

Nora Elle covers shipping costs and offers 100% free shipping for all products within the United Kingdom, shipped with Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD.

The track and trace does not give any information, what now?

No worries! We continuously keep you informed about your order by e-mail, which you can also follow live on our website. From the moment your parcel arrives at the mail-order company, Track & Trace information is available. Please note that there may be some delay.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

Our processing time is 1 to 2 working days, and the delivery time for our shipping is on average 4 to 7 working days. Sometimes delivery may take a little longer due to external factors such as busy delivery service or transport delays. We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and will keep you updated on the status by email!

Where can I return my parcel to?

Returns are processed through our warehouse. Returns can only be sent back by post to the return address you receive from us by email.
